Vendor Terms

These terms apply to businesses registering as vendors on Sharda Local Market.
Registration & Approval
- Vendor registration is subject to review and approval by Sharda IT Services.
- Vendors must provide accurate business information, including a valid mobile number, address and category.
Product Listings
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product names, descriptions, pricing and images they upload.
- Products may be reviewed and approved before appearing publicly, and may be removed if found to violate applicable laws or platform policies.
Fees
- Basic vendor listing is free. Any premium/featured placement fees, if introduced, will be clearly communicated in advance.
- Listing does not guarantee website traffic, sales, customers or leads.
