No. Public shop, product, property, home rent, car rent and hotel pages are enquiry listings. The platform does not collect a marketplace commission on those conversations.

Websites, software, apps and SEO are quoted after a conversation. There is no self-serve cart that invents a paid project.
- Typical work: website development, custom software, Android/iOS apps, local SEO and digital marketing.
- Payment is arranged by invoice, bank transfer or Razorpay after the quote is accepted.
- Published service pages are for discovery. They are not a checkout.

- A 14-day trial starts from /business/create. Enterprise goes to /contact.
- The catalog is real. A successful subscription charge is not claimed until Razorpay (or another gateway) and a webhook mark the plan paid.
- Hotel guest bills inside Business OS are the hotel’s folio, not a Sharda invoice.
Live charge when configured
Printed visiting cards
Print order is ₹50 when Razorpay keys are configured on the server. Digital cards stay free to create and share.
- Amount is stored as integer paise (₹50 = 5000 paise). Prices are never taken from the client.
- If Razorpay is not configured, checkout returns an error. The site must not pretend the print order succeeded.
- Sharda ID is a digital pehchaan. It is not Aadhaar or any government ID.

CSC and Jan Seva-style desk
Assisted Aadhaar, PAN, certificates and similar work is charged at the Unchehara desk. Browser photo and PDF tools stay free.
- Walk-in payment is cash or UPI at the office. It is not collected inside the website cart.
- Online tools (passport photo, form photo, PDF merge and the rest of the catalog) do not charge per file.

Classroom coaching
Computer coaching at the Unchehara centre is arranged by contact or visit. Online LMS courses are free for registered students.
- Course rupee figures on /courses are display/worth only. enrollFreeCourse grants access without a charge.
- The /courses/[slug]/checkout simulate button is a non-production demo. Production must not mark a course paid without a payment webhook.

Shop, Dukaan and products
Public shop and product pages are enquiry listings. Sharda does not take a commission on a sale from this website.
- A published dukaan or product is not a cart checkout.
- Sellers keep buyer conversations. The platform does not invent sold inventory or ratings.

Public stay and rental pages accept an enquiry only. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking and not a platform commission.
- Home rent reuses published PropertyListing rows with intent=rent. The site never invents houses.
- Car rent uses VehicleRentalListing. Rates are integer paise. bookingConfirmed stays false on enquiry.
- Hotel public pages are PENDING enquiry. Occupancy, reviews and “ticket confirmed” are not invented.
- Hotel money inside the web PMS is the hotel’s guest folio, not Sharda platform revenue.

Monetization flags default off. Ads, paid featured listings and interruptive promos must not appear unless an explicit SHARDA_* flag is on.
- Current defaults: ads=false, featured=false, interruptive=false.
- If a flag is later enabled, placements must stay labeled and must never cover a user task.

How much do Sharda Business plans cost in India?
The published catalog is Free, Starter ₹499 / month, Growth ₹999 / month, Pro ₹2499 / month, and Enterprise by quote. Tax is calculated from the country and shown separately. Starting a trial is not the same as a successful subscription payment.
Can I pay online for a website or software project?
Yes after a written quote. Use /contact or WhatsApp. There is no instant “project purchased” button that invents a completed sale.
Are online courses paid?
Registered Sharda students enroll free. Rupee amounts on course cards are display/worth only. A demo checkout exists for future paid add-ons and must not grant access in production without a payment webhook.
Does Sharda sell LIC policies on this website?
No. Insurance pages are information and assistance. They do not claim LIC authorization or collect a policy premium.
