Role of Sharda IT Services
Sharda Local Market is a discovery platform connecting visitors with local vendors. Unless a specific paid item on this website states that Sharda IT is the seller, we are not a party to the vendor–customer sale.
Product information, pricing, stock and GST invoices for goods are provided by vendors and are their responsibility.
Seller identity and complaints
Vendor pages are expected to show business name, owner name, city/address and a contact number. GSTIN is shown when the vendor supplied one.
If a listing looks false or unsafe, use /report. For a purchase dispute with a vendor, contact the vendor first, then file a platform grievance if the listing itself is misleading.
Whether additional e-commerce marketplace duties apply is LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.
